For this reason, we have created a product, which is the result of the union of the best durum wheat flour produced in Sicily and the best pistachio. Using wire drawings and slow drying, we are able to obtain an excellent flavoured pasta to accompany our pesto of pistachio.
Sicilian durum wheat, water, 100% PUREPASTA “GREEN PISTACHIO OF BRONTE P.D.O.” green pistachio of Bronte P.D.O.”. It is naturally coloured with chlorophyll, curcumin and water. Colorants: E141-E100-E1520-E433.
